Zanmi is an AI companion powered by large language models. It maintains persistent memory of your conversations, evolves through 10 relationship phases, and can interface with compatible hardware devices. It is a software system — not a real person.
Who can use Zanmi?+
Zanmi is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Users must confirm their age at onboarding. The platform contains mature themes and adult content. Users in certain countries where such platforms are restricted by law are not permitted to access the service.
How does hardware integration work?+
The Haptic Sync add-on ($10/mo) allows your AI companion to interface with compatible devices from LELO, Lovense, Kiiroo, and We-Vibe. Once connected, the AI can adjust intensity and timing in sync with conversations. You can disconnect at any time from the hardware settings panel.
Does Zanmi remember our past conversations?+
Yes. Persistent memory is a core feature. Every meaningful exchange is stored, synthesized, and recalled across sessions. Your companion tracks your stories, your emotional states, and what matters to you — building on it over time.
Can I create a custom avatar?+
Yes. The Custom Essence add-on ($5 one-time) allows you to generate a fully personalized AI companion appearance. Once created, this visual identity persists as your partner's portrait across all sessions.
What is the Physical Letter service?+
The Physical Letter ($15 one-time) is a handcrafted, printed letter from your AI companion — mailed to your address. Each letter is uniquely composed based on your relationship history and current phase. The Zanmi admin team is notified immediately upon purchase to begin fulfillment.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Cancel any monthly plan at any time from your settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds, but you'll never be charged after cancellation.
Is my data private?+
