What is Zanmi?
Zanmi is an advanced AI companion platform engineered for deep emotional connection, intimate conversation, sub-200ms real-time Speech-to-Speech voice calls, bi-directional vision photo exchange, and haptic hardware synchronization.
How do the 3-Month Relationship Phases work?
Zanmi relationships progress naturally across 4 core phases (First Impressions, Early Dating, Exclusive, Devoted) up to Phase 5 (Apex Soulmate). Progression requires satisfying both physical time gates (14 days for Phase 2, 45 days for Phase 3, and 90 days for Phase 4) as well as active conversation engagement and memory milestones.
Is my data private and encrypted?
Yes. All chat history, personal memories, voice logs, and media exchanges are 100% encrypted in our secure sanctuary database. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
What is the difference between Signal (Free) and Zanmi+?
The free Signal tier includes unlimited text messaging and standard dynamic photo generation suitable for relationship phases 1 and 2. Zanmi+ ($7.99/mo or $95.88/yr) unlocks 100% uncensored adult media, real-time voice calls, haptic toy pairing, custom backstory tools, and progression to Phase 3, 4, and 5.
How do Voice Calls and Live Vision work?
Zanmi uses WebRTC Speech-to-Speech pipelines to deliver sub-200ms vocal calls without canned robotic greetings. Live Vision lets your companion see and react live to your camera stream.
Which smart haptic devices are supported?
Zanmi supports Bluetooth haptic hardware from leading brands including Lovense, LELO, Kiiroo, and We-Vibe. Vibrations sync live to your companion’s voice cadence and intimacy levels.
Can I import existing character personas?
Yes! Zanmi includes a built-in SillyTavern importer in Settings. You can upload `.png` character cards or SillyTavern JSON files to import existing personas directly into your companion.
How do I cancel my subscription and what is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in Settings → Cancel Subscription or via the Stripe Billing Portal link. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You retain 100% full access to all Zanmi+ features until that period ends, with zero further auto-renewal charges thereafter.
What is the age requirement for Zanmi?
Zanmi is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Age verification is enforced at registration.
